LitePoint University Programs are a key way we engage with the next wave of thinkers, designers and makers. We have two University Programs: Intern and Recent College Graduates. Each program offers the chance to work alongside dynamic and driven colleagues, experience cutting-edge technologies and have opportunities to make a real impact–all while enjoying a welcoming culture and casual work environment.
Intern Program
What is the Intern Program? The LitePoint Intern Program is a high impact, rewarding and fun educational opportunity designed to give students real-world work experience. Intern positions are available during the summer and last for a minimum of 12 weeks.
Who can Participate? Interns are current college or university students who are pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degrees, typically in one of the following academic tracks:
- Electrical Engineering
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Finance
- Marketing
What Will You Gain as a LitePoint Intern? As a LitePoint Intern, you do real work as part of a real team. You get hands-on experience that compliments your academic studies and prepares you for real-world situations. You’ll collaborate with some of the industry’s brightest minds and gain unique perspective on our company and industry.
Practical experience – Contribute to real-world projects and solutions
1:1 mentorship – Receive support from mentors and your manager, and have access to the entire LitePoint team to ensure your success
Expanded knowledge and enhanced technical skills – Get opportunities to develop new and innovative approaches

Recent College Graduate Program
What is the Recent Grad Program? Finishing school and entering the workforce is a major life change. The LitePoint Recent College Grad Program was created with you in mind. This program helps connect new grads with job roles that are educationally and experientially appropriate and facilitates the transition to the working world via thoughtful onboarding, special activities, mentorship and ongoing professional development.
Who is Eligible? LitePoint hires recent college graduates of all levels (bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees) to join teams across multiple disciplines. Candidates come from an array of academic specialties including:
